I think i am loosing my bean

hi girls

well i have been bleeding on and off for week now.So havin blood test to check my HCG levels.

On monday they were 256, wednesday they were 800 then friday they went down to 400. Indicating i am misscarriaging.
I need another blood test to be done monday to confirm the loose.

I have had slight pains thursday nit & blood loose brown and little bit red. But not bleeding on a pad, only when i wipe i loose blood.

I really have no idea what to think or feel at moment?
