I need some willpower dust!

I'm with Louise. ......it sounds really promising.....you know your own body best and if something feels different, then it could be something is actually happening to you..... 6 days....urgh.....I KNOW I would POAS cos I did one today and I'm only cd21 with no symptoms. Impossible for a BFP so why did I test?? Omg think I'm proper nuts but at least I just laughed at myself.... it was only an ebay cheapie so in my head, they don't count! Good luck girls!

Anyway Louise, you were suppose to be convincing me it's af and not to get carried away, I thought I could rely on you lol xx

If i always give the same default answer, it kind of makes my responses invalid doesn't it :)

My responses are tailored to suit and i think you could do with a bit of ttc excitement to get you back into the swing of things...

Although, i was thinking that if it's the first time you've ovualted in a while then it's the first time your progesterone has risen and progesterone is the hormone that impacts how you feel and your boobs etc so it can all be explained away.

Is that better? Are you sufficiently grounded now? Do you wish i'd kept my gob shut? lol ;)

Hi Toni!

I really hope this is your BFP but just so you know it can happen, I went from a 38 day cycle to a 30 day one last cycle.

How long have you been off the pill? I've been off since May and have been regular.

Massive fingers crossed for you hun! xx

Thanks Lou! Much better!

I've been off pill since feb, cycles were like 50, 37, 37, 37 etc. Who knows, will just see what happens. They think I have pcos though cos of anovulatory cycles. Will let you all know more after Wednesday xx

Af due today, nothing yet, apart from cramps which I've had for the last 9 days, sooooooo tempted to test in the morning. Should I? Or wait and see what happens Wednesday? If it was positive surely it would show up now, and if not then at least I'm prepared on weds so I'm not likely to cry infront of ultrasound lady lol. Should I do it!

Test.

If you are late, i think it's a fairly valid reason to have a flutter on the hpt ;)

Ok Lou, I'll do it. At least if it's a bfn the sooner I find out, the sooner I can try and get over it!

if i were you i would test in the morning with fmu! it sounds very promising!

exciting! fingers crossed for you . x

I just need to tell myself now that it's going to be negative cos I just know I'm going be seriously crushed :(

80% chance it will be, or is it 75%?

Urgh those statistics are so damned depressing

Good luck hun, fingers and everything crossed for you x

Hey,

don't mean to put a dampner on things but if it is the first month you've ovulated in a long time, all the symptoms might be down to your body re-adjusting to ovulation. The cramps you are getting could be due to your ovaries not being used to releasing an egg and as they have just started functioning again, it has made it more obvious and painful. The only reason I'm saying this is because I had cramping for 7/8 days around ovulation for 3 months after coming off the pill and kept getting BFN's. But now looking back, I know it was due to my body adjusting to ovulating again.

Just try and keep relaxed about it and now you know you ARE ovulating, maybe after a few cycles, you'll settle down and get your BFP.

Sorry if I sound negative. I've just had a few knock backs myself and wanted to share my opinions with you.

Good luck. Fingers crossed you get your BFP soon. xx
