It's just a piece of A4 with In Labour printed in big letters on it and laminated. It was a tip from NCT classes. If you are in a hurry when you get to the hospital apparantly its useful to have handy if you need to abandon your car or don't have time to pay the parking at the hospital. They said putting that in your car window gives you a bit of leeway until you can sort it out.
