Her name is Millie and she was in the Shameless Christmas special a year or so ago.

I've only seen clips of it but apparently some of the characters steal a truck loads of dodgy meat and when they learn it's making people ill they try to dispose of the evidence by giving it to local 3 legged homeless dogs Millie was one of those dogs

I'm looking after her and another dog for a couple of days, here's a pic

We were laughing about an autograph yesterday and we thought we should do 3 paws prints off her 3 legs

I just took the boys and the dogs over the park for an hour and she was soooooo sloooooow. Everyone stopped and stroked her though, she's very cute but I was like "Gawd Millie will you just hurry up!!" and she followed behind like hop..............hop...............hop
