i hate you wisdom tooth!

the whole left side of my mouth is killing me!
my wisdom tooth started coming through about last year some time. when it was first coming through, it was causing me so much pain and i got an infection too. i went to the dentist, and they booked me an appointment for the hospital, for them to pull the tooth out. i didnt receive the appointment until 5 months after !!!! and by that time the pain went.

but for the last 2 days its been causing me the same bad pain. its not even fully through yet either! do they usually take this long to come through?

ive had a tooth pulled out before, and it wasnt nice!

they can take years 2 come through. iburofen is the best to bring the immflammation done. and rinse with either hot salty mouthwash or corsodyl mouthwash. u might need some antibiotics to bring the swelling down tho so i'd go see a dentist

I'd pop to the dentist and get checked. As said before they'll probably give you antibiotics.

I've had trouble with my lower left wisdom for over 4 years
Hopefully having it removed this year.

I had a terrible infection in one of my upper wisdom teeth - went to the doctors because I thought it was a problem with my glands - anyhow he sent me to the dentist and they gave me a course of anti biotics and pulled it the following week!

I also have one wisdom tooth that hasn't come through fully - half of the tooth is covered with gum still, my Dentist has said that I have to be extra carefull with it becuase it will never come through fully, I did have the option to have the gum lasered off but I'm a big wimp when it comes to the dentist!

My dentist is lovely though! and I didn't even realise he had taken my tooth out and he told me I could go - I couldn't believe it didn't hurt at all, I didn't have injections either I had a new special pain killing thing called the Magic Wand, it was fantastic!

theres no point going the doctors they are useless when it comes to teeth. its a dentist you need to see. ring the dentist tell them your face has gone all swollen over night they'll soon get you in. trust me i know all the tricks i'm a dental nurse ha ha
