i will let you know all about the detail of the birth if you wish, i hope to be back on here tomorrow or wednesday and can answer any of your questions because I love to talk about it so much and could talk about it all day.
yes it did really hurt but everything went so well that all I can think about now was the amazing bits. (most of it really)
I will say that when I first got to the hospital that had to examine me to check my dilation and when I had to lay flat on my back the pain virtually tripled!. I just could not wait to stand up again and I was determined to not lay down ever again!
If you can stay upright and get on the gas and air you can achieve the birth you want. And staying absolutely calm and having a great birthing partner is absolutely essential.
