Got my angel sounds doppler in the post today so gave it a go and i have to say they are the BEST invention ever

Took me agaes of listening to my own heartbeat but finally after about 20 mins playing about i heard it, AMAZING cant wait for hubby to hear too

Sounds like a train and super fast, i never counted it but will next time, think it was 160 something at scan on monday.

This is going to be great to use before my 12 week scan as OH is away so cant come and i couldnt get the date changed as they had no more appointments till october, now i can listen before scan so i wont be so nervous going

Oh ye i heard the wooshy placenta too, mine is really low down, it was lovely but not easy to find at all, but i'm only 9+6 wasnt expecting to find it but thought i would give it a bash, keep trying bev! i'm only small soo maybe that made it easier to find, who knows i wouldnt have thought it would matter.

ah the speed only factors in later ive read. i'll keep looking occasionally but i think im not actually spending enough time trying, im too impatient lol. cba lying there for ages trying to find something that might not even be there so maybe i will have more reason to hunt after my scan.

They are fantastic princess

Apple i used the gel and you do need to use quite a bit of it, i got a big bottle with it, ive heard others say its ok to use baby oil too. you REALLY need a full bladder too, i tried without and cant find it.

i dont think the speed matters isnt that an old wives tale.

thats great rosiee, i'm hoping it becomes easier to find and stonger over next couple of weeks, eeek i'm so excited

Hey Nurse, I ordered mine today - should be here tomorrow or Saturday! I'm 8 + 3 but I'll have a bash. I'm really slight so Im hoping it will work! I didnt know you had to have a full bladder?! x

you dont need a full bladder later on when using it but this early it really makes a difference.

It is great twinkles, deffo get yourself one after the scan. xxxx
