I don't know what's going on

Hi!

I don't really know what is going on and i'm kind of panicking.
My last period was December 16th 2015 (first day of period)
I had sex with my boyfriend on January 7th 2016
According to my ovulation calculator I was not ovulating around the time we had sex, however I'm now 5 days late.
I started a new pack of birth control on January 6th 2016
I also took a pregnancy test and it was negative.
I don't know if it's just stress or the fact that I started taking birth control.
My periods are ALWAYS on time.

If anyone has answers please help?

Which birth control are you using? Some can stop AF completely so it could be down to that?

I've been using Microgynon which is a combined pill.

It sounds like you should be covered. It might be worth checking with your doctor about why you haven't had your withdrawal bleed, and maybe re-test in a couple of days

You're right. I did take a pregnancy test yesterday and today and they were both negative. If anything i'm just late. Thank you so much !☺️
