I cant sleep

Had this problem for weeks now, I just cant seem to get to sleep
I cannot get comfy and I toss and turn for ages before I actually fall asleep (if i do!)

Im sick and tired of it, just want baby here and want to be able to get comfy again

18 more days til my due date!!

I'm the same- got up at quarter past 3 the other morning and sat watching Jerry Springer and Jeremy Kyle!

I think the major part of my problem is my legs coz they are agony at night!!! And paracetamols just don't work

I can normally get to sleep but I can't stay asleep! If I lay on my left hand side then I get her knee digging in me and if I lay on my right hand side I get her head poking out! If I lay on my back it feels like my insides are getting crushed so either way I can't win!!
I wont even attempt to sleep sitting up because I know it wont work but only 6 days left then I will be kept awake by a screaming baby

Sleep? I think I've heard of it I get cramp in my legs at night which keeps me up no matter what way I try to sleep. I also get a very blocked nose so cant breathe properly

Yes sleeping is a bit of a problem

but i guess it is just getting us ready for being awake all hours of the night feeding baby

God, I'm glad its not just me!! I thought i was just weird, i ccan get to sleep but wake up in the middle of the night and am wide awake! Its rubbish!

It's just that I have spent 90% of the pregnancy worried sick that something will go wrong and I never imagined I would get this far so hearing her scream for the first time is going to be the bestest noise ever.
Oh well at least i'm used to not sleeping properly.

I know what it is like...Sometimes I cant fall asleep at all all night. Pains and legs hurting and being hot and all together

What I found, that if I cant fall asleep I just get up and watch some telly or read. Cos by trying to fall asleep I actually make it worse. Sometimes having a bath at 3 am helped (cant do it now cos of all the pain im having )
