Hypnobirthing CD

Husband and I had a quicky listen to the intro. track on the hypno CD last night and we were both so relaxed and chilled out at the end of it lol! It was only 3 mins! The woman's voice was soooo soothing (think Phoebe in Friends, "listen to the sooounds of the plinky plunky muuuusic" haha! Love it already! Let's see how it all stands up when I'm in actual labour!!

This one is UK, which I chose specifically because it's geared towards our health system more. So good!
Apparently, there are iPhone apps, too!
