How to stop worrying and ruining the early stages of pregnancy?

There is some really good advice on here.

I had a miscarriage but having said that, I have also had a baby. So I have one good time and one bad with being pregnant. This time I am still very anxious about havign problems.

When I was pregnant with Charlie I just focused on little steps as some of the other ladies have mentioned. Making it to my early scan at 8 weeks, then 12 weeks, then 16, then 20 week scan, then when baby is viable at 24 weeks etc etc.
