How soon after miscarriage can you get pregnant?

I had my period around the 20th of march (first period after a miscarriage) and now Im waiting to see if Im pregnant again (probably not though, so soon after?) we had sex everyday since my period stopped, I want to get pregnant again so badly. How likely is it to be pregnant so soon though? Still got a week till my period is due, so too early to test (last pregnancy I got a positive pregnancy test 5 days before my period,but every pregnancy might be different?) and I also had symptoms (nausea, sore breasts, tired). I dont feel much yet, so I feel like Im not pregnant.

How soon after your miscarriage can you get pregnant? Is it less likely now than any other time? I might add I seem to get pregnant easily, both times Ive gotten pregnant before it took 1 cycle of trying.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I think it can vary hugely. For me it took three cycles, but I'm convinced there was still leftover HCG in my system during the first cycle. I miscarried at 10 weeks.. but I've heard of people getting pregnant again much faster, but equally I think sometimes it can take much longer.

You can get pregnant again without a period inbetween. I miscarried on the 20th november and then had a positive pregnancy test on the 18th december. No period. Your body goes back to normal very quickly. Sorry about your mc hun x

Sorry to hear you’ve had a mc - it’s awful

I’ve had a miscarriage and an ectopic pregnancy (including surgery for rupture and tube removed) and I fell pregnant 5 weeks after that. And I was very poorly with suspected sepsis in hospital for a week afterwards. So it can happen quickly. I had sec everyday too and that’s how we conceived.
