i really didnt wait long at all after K think it was a week and that was with a 3rd degree tear! cant remember how long it was after E tbh! just be careful, my stitches are messed up and i dunno if its cos i got back on the bike a bit too soon or just cos they did a shit job

Me and the OH did the deed when Ava was 25 days old....it was so strange as i totally went off sex in my pregnancy but had been totally gagging since LO was around 2 days old!!!
I had to be cut so i was a little nervous but i have to say we took things slow to start with and it all went great!!
