Hi girls,
I'm at the dreaded dentist again tomorrow and originally had planned to take Blake with me thinking my appointment time is at the time he's normally asleep and the car journey would knock him out.
Had the realisation at midnight that the noise of the drill is going to be too much for him and will definitely wake him up. Hadnt even thought about the noise! Doh!
Anyway, my very very kind sister in law has just offered to have him. All being well he shouldnt need a feed but you know what these babies are like and all plans will go out the window. I want to leave her with some expressed milk just incase. Only problem is, I haven't given him a bottle for at least a month and as I'm breastfeeding I've no idea at all how much he drinks in a feed. When I express I do it straight into my donor bottles which are a 130ml (4.5 oz i think?) max so only very small.
How much should an 8/9 week old be taking from a bottle?
Thanks in advance.
