I was told by the call centre to bring 2 forms of ID for myself as well as Becky's birth certificate. The guy didn't even ask me for it and said "no" when I offered it. All that for £81! He didn't even bother to check the form while I was there - what was the point in me dragging us through to Glasgow for that?
It's a total rip-off, because it's not government funded the UK is one of the most expensive countries in the world to get a passport.
