How many of you have had bleeding, but everything has worked out?

I had 2 light periods while pregnant with my first (around the time my period should have been due) got one at 8 weeks then a month later at around 11 weeks. Baby was fine.

Everything should be fine now and yes you're right, good job you bled or else things could have turned out much worse.

Thank you. Just called hospital and I do need the antiD injection.
Maybe it was a good thing that I bled, else we wouldn't have found out.

Definitely, it can be really dangerous if it's not picked up! I'm surprised they didn't test you for it at your first midwife appointment. Sounds like all is well now though

They did all the usual blood tests at mw appointment, but I didn't get results and didn't know. I just assumed I was "normal"
I bled at 9 weeks and they never even queried my blood group.

Scan is this morning, so not long until I find out if everything is ok.

I am also Rh -ve and had anti-D after mt D&C's. I know you are in scotland too and protocol is here that they dont give you anti-D if you bleed before 12 weeks, after that you need it or if you have D&C.
