There a nice ghtmare to read but I wanted to no when to expect af as this is my first cycle since mmc and first time of the pill in a while x

I don't bother controlling my wee for more than an hour and it still works for me so don't worry if you find that hard. I tried it once for 3 hrs and it wasn't fun. I test around 10 or 11am with the strips. Definitely don't guzzle tons of water beforehand though

I struggle with that too sunflower but they still seem to work for me. Baffling that I got a strong positive for around 3 days tho x
