Do opks stay strong for? As I’m how many days would u expect to get a strong/positive opk for?

That looks positive to me. I only get one positive test usually but some women get more.

It does get exhausting. It is supposed to be fine to just dtd every other day...in some cases it's better as it gives the man a time to replenish stores.

I didn't know that was a sign. Mine are tender during and after, for 2 weeks.

hiya yes I can join the OPK confusion, I sometimes get 3 days of peak (positive opk), soo confusing and there is no way we can keep BDing going for 4-5 days, it gets sooo weird and like a job than. I might actually just go with EOD next month rather than keep BDing everyday.

Ovulation predction kit...it is usually the strips that you wee on to see if your LH surge has been detected as tgat suggests ovulation is imminent.

Ok these are the things that came with my Basal Thermometer

Probably, altho i had pregnancy tesr strips (hcg strips) come with my thermometer so worth checking. If opks then test after 12 noon and when its getting darker, do x2 a day...usually 12 and 6pm....you need to hold onto your wee if you xan for 3 hours or so and restrict what you drink in those 3 hours so urine is not diluted. The girls on the forum are experts at telling you if its a pisitive or near positive opk if you arent sure....so upload them x
