How long?

Hello

For those of you who came of long-term birth control before TTC, how long did it take for an AF to appear for you?

I came off my Pill in january (i'd been on that form of BC for 13 years) and still no sign of AF. I have been taking herbal hormone supplements (agnus castus) but still no joy.

I'm concerned something might be wrong with me. I can't remember what my cycles were like before BC as it's been so long.

Just wondered if any of you have experienced something similar?

I wouldn't worry Hun my friend was on injection for 9 years it took 7 months for her to return and she just gave birth to a healthy baby boy on 22nd march!
