How long did it take to get your Surestart Grant

Mine was less then a week. I saw the midwife on thursday (19th) and posted it that day.
Then on tuesday I got a letter saying it will be in my account TODAY (25th)
They wouldn't have gotten my letter till the 20th so it took less then 5 days, I was expecting weeks!
And it's there now, I checked at the atm but never took any out. I'm saving it for a deposit but I REALLY just wanted to go on a spending spree!
I was so shocked at how quick it was!
