How does SPD start?

Been getiing achey back, sore hips and they are clicking and crunching. Specially when I sit on floor to attend to my son to get up thats horrible.

I don't know if I have SPD or its just normal pregnancy thing thats up with me, I had clicky hips last time but it was later on and midwife wasn't too concerned as it wasn't too painful.

This time seems to be worse the more I do the worse I feel I ache at the end of the day x

sounds like spd to me especially with the crunching clicky hips, speak to midwife and she should be able to refer you to physio xx

Mine started with icing and then achey hips and sijs. Then I got the kick between the legs feeling.... I would speak to ur mw
