I am so so so so so sorry to ask this.....

Basically, I am having my first real AF since LO arrived. Much less painful than pre-baby I have to say, but, and well, there is no elegant way in which to say this, but basically I feel as though tampons are just, well, slipping out of me. God, that is gross......

Anyway, I have always been a bit, well, tight in that department. Naturally things have changed since giving birth but post baby I seem to have acquired an actual canyon down there.....

Am I the only one who has noticed any substantial 'stretching' etc.?! I know I pushed (well, had pulled - forceps!) a baby out but I feel a bit weirded out by this....

On the DTD fron OH says everything feels the same, but he is Mr Polite.

Have I now got a Eurotunnel vag?!!!??!??!?!?!?

Oh dear I'm sure it's not that bad.

How long since you had your little one?

I'm planning to use towels for the first few periods as can't face using tampons straight away. Want to give my fango time to tighten up first as my sis said here's took a few months to get back to normal.

Hiya. I had this after my natural birth, forceps were also used in the end. They didn't quite slip out, but were very loose and hubby said down there was still the same - and he would say otherwise if it was true. Tampons no longer feel so loose anymore :-) How long has it been since you gave birth? xxx

I had this... It was most disconcerting! I didn't get AF back until about 6 months pp either.

I am pleased to report it has gone though. I did LOTS of pelvic floors after my first AF!

Hmmm, I had the opposite and felt tighter. Couldn't near to wear tampons and they still annoy me 13 months later. I think that you should go back to normal but it takes a while to contract back x
