They are even worse than before :( this is my 2nd since Fi
I'm bleeding so heavily i'm soaking through a super duper tampon in less than an hour.
My back hurts, my belly hurts :(

any miracle solutions?

I'm taking feminax ultra and i have a heatpad on

i'm thoroughly miserable :(

If that's not normal for you and you have such pains is it not worth a trip to the doctor?

If you think it's ok then just have some asparins and some ice cream and things will all feel much better..

I swear by B vitamins.

If I don't eat x amount of Marmite or take B vit supplements in the month before I suffer terribly. I also have to avoid alcohol totally.

But if they are as bad as you say it may be worth going to see your GP. I used to take a prescribed muscle relaxant when I had really bad period pains years ago. They were amazing :D

i'll def try the marmite thing! I love toast and marmite so i'll try and eat it at least once a day! thankyou!

I've had awful periods since they started when I was 11 (i think i was 11)
and over the years the docs have done bugger all!

I was put on the pill aged 12 - to try and help them
I've tried every sort of pill the depo (which i hated) and lots of things.

My doctor once very helpfully said i was just unlucky!

Another doctor told me that it mightn't improve until i had kids - no one told me it could get worse!

ARGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG

p.s icecream is good :)

Hi,

I used to get awful periods, they were really heavy and lasted two weeks if not longer sometimes :(

I then tried agnus castus for three months and for some reason it completely knocked my cycle into shape and I have a normal cycle and period now. I have stopped taking it now but am still regular.

I am not sure if you are breastfeeding or not, if you are then it's worth checking whether or not you can take them, but I found them really useful at getting things back on track.

Here's some info http://www.homeherbs.co.uk/0/product/0/ ... astus.html

I'm sure they won't work for everyone but it could be worth a try?

hey hun

I know what you mean, I had the samw. Luckily they have calmed down. The first one after I had James I was on heavy for a month. It was gay, not to mention expensive buying 90099856745 million towels/tampons!!!!

Hope it eases soon, its hard to even leave the house when its so bad
