Obviously I know that babies can't eat honey, but does that include food with honey in it. I bought some hot cross buns the other day and they said cooked with honey for more flavour (or something like that!) on the front, so I didn't give them, but am not sure if she could have had them?
 
Good question, I have no idea but would like to know what other think to this.
 
Yes they can have cooked hunny because the botulism bacteria is killed off at high heats.
 
Feeding your LO honey from a hive near you is great for allergies too, worth looking into, especially if your lo has hayfever etc :D :hug:
