Dont want to count my chickens but all last night I had backache and tightenings but noticed a pattern to the tightenings which doesn't happen with braxton hicks does it? They were at least every 15 minutes. Managed a decent nights sleep but since I've got up its started up again, tightenings every 10 minutes, also dull period cramp and think I just had the clear out too.

We shall see. Will keep you posted

Well after a full day of regular but mild contractions and cramp in my back it all died down about 11pm last night - gutted! Been absolutely exhausted today mind, didn't get up til midday, had pancakes then went back to bed! This sucks.
