Can BH's be in a pattern?

Probably me being paranoid, but for the last 45 mins or so, I've noticed a soreness underneath my bump which spreads to my back (but doesn't develop into backache, just a dull ache). It seems to be coming in a pattern, every 15 minutes.

Can braxton hicks come in a pattern like that? Unless I'm just reading into things too much!

I've had some contractions that come regularly in a pattern in the past couple of weeks. I had 3 in a row that were around half an hour apart, and then another lot where i had about 6 that were 5-7 minutes apart the other day! they were quite painful too!! really thought it might be it, but they died off. very annoying!! lol, hope your ok and not too uncomfortable. let us know what happens!! x x x

oh, i did tell my midwife too- she said if they started getting stronger and closer together in a pattern, thats when i should act on it x x x

I don't know but I agree with Rosie, if they become stronger and more regular, than act on it!!
