High risk due to tinzaparin and Baby aspirin

Hello I'm hoping for a sticky bean this time, I have just found out and off to collect my injections today so a little nervous. I've lost 3 before very early and then waited so hear I am. Hopeful. After the losses I was diagnosed with Factor V Leiden(slight more increase in blood clots) heterozygous (on one gene, inherited) great stuff especially when I inherited it from an A-hole absent father.
