hes too stubborn its doin my head in!!

My parents have offered to help out with some of the bits for the baby. I was really greatful as we are both more or less skinned!
So last night i mentioned to OH about it and he got angry?! He reckon that HE will get the baby everything it needs and HE dont need any help!

I just looked at him and said hes such a dickhead and i cant belive how ungreatful he is when it will save us £150-200 .
He was seriously ready to let it cause an argument but i said see it as my contriubution for the baby then cuz i cant afford buying it.
I also mentioned to him that he helps his family back in his contry cuz he is in a better position then them, and its the same that my family helps me cuz they are in a better position then me!
We have not argued about it but it really annoyed me how stubborn and stupid he can be.

sometimes i think we are TOO diferent.
but i do love him to bits

Aw Hun, my OH is the complete opposite! He's really stingey with this money and would happily sit back and let others pay for it!! I think with your OH he's got alot of pride! He helps his family so doesn't want help himself!! It's hard cos you don't want to go behind his back but that money really would come in useful! It's lovely your parents have offered to help too x x x
