help please worried about my swelling

Yeah i lie flat and put feet on arm of sofa, or under lots of cushions, u will get pins & needles but swelling should go down

thanks everyone swelling is ok now back to normal amounts am wearing my rings on my little finger now as it hurts so much trying to take them on or off
