Help pAins

Hi all I'm 36 weeks today and just want to see what people think about the pains I've been getting I've had like a pulsing belly yesterday morning not hiccups, in the night has a sore tummy ache not cramp but actually sore then my back had some shocking pains going right up my back I was in that much agony i was moaning in pain and woke my husband up!! And generally getting stabbing pains up my vagina can anyone help as this is my 1 nd but pains were no where near as bad as this and I'm also measuring. A couple. Of weeks ahead please help xxx
