Help.. I've got a stitch...

It is about where the top of my uterus is at the moment i.e above my belly button, and sometimes a bit harsh.. like it makes me do a sharp intake of breath...
Dont think its anything serious.. but does anyone else get them??

now its from the inside of my belly button upwards....

I'm at work.. I think the people here will think I am a little strange should I lay down on the floor

It could be where the baby is laying or kicking but if it persists then you should get it checked

I've never experienced that. Maybe give the midwife a call to be on the safe side?

Glad it's gone, it's most likely to be stretching pains I think

If it happens again, you can try putting your arms above your head and taking a few deep breathes....this stretches and relaxes the diaphraghm so if it is a "stitch" it should help.
