Hello Question about symptoms

So the last week Ive had a couple of symptoms, excess saliva, bleeding gums, acid reflux...
I got my BFP today, and since I've found out all the symptoms have appeared, feeling hot.. sick and boobs are starting to get tender.
is that normal to get symptom as soon as you find out , or am I over thinking things?

It seems that every website/book has different days for when symptons start. I think I started getting symptons the week of or after conception. I'll find out for sure once l have a scan - it may show that l am a month ahead of schedule. Frankly l would be delighted!

I think it depends on how fast and how much hcg youre making in my lower hcg pregnancies I've not felt anything until about week 6. With this one I was feeling sick before my missed period which us why I tested. By I also had mega high hcg this time round 95000 at 6weeks which is quite a bit higher than the norm. Since I've got my bfp I've been feeling it lol..
Also i randomly started crying today when I was driving because a song came on and i realised i haven't heard it in a while lol
