I am aware of the importance of getting my 5 a day but really am not a big fruit and veg lover
I'm having a banana on my cereal, drinking plenty of juice and managing carrots and broccoli some evenings.
Anyone got any ideas how I can eat a bit more healthy without looking at my food and not wanting it at all?!
The cravings for fish and chips and McD's are hard to fight!
