I am aware of the importance of getting my 5 a day but really am not a big fruit and veg lover :dohh::dohh:

I'm having a banana on my cereal, drinking plenty of juice and managing carrots and broccoli some evenings.

Anyone got any ideas how I can eat a bit more healthy without looking at my food and not wanting it at all?!

The cravings for fish and chips and McD's are hard to fight!

What about pure juices, like orange, apple etc? Look out for ones that actually say 1 of 5 of your daily fruit & veg intake.

With my first pregnancy I ate really healthy, but with my current, I seem to be craving stodgy foods and sweets. I try to stay away the best I can and generally have an alright diet, however sometimes I just have to give in and have that chocolate bar, sweets and takeaway  And...sometimes it'll all be in the same day.

Saying that, for the last while I've been having trouble with portion sizes as in I don't have any room in my belly cos its being squished by baby and expanding uterus...but I ain't complaining cos everything in moderation right?! ;) x

I think innocent smoothie cartons are great! I pop one in my bag every morning to drink at work and it's an instant one of your 5 a day on top of everything else you eat. And they are yummy!

Thanks ladies.

I have been choosing the juices that say 1 or your 5 a day but I read that no matter how much you drink juice is still only 1 portion.

What is it with junk food?! I'm gonna end up so fat!!

I'm sure its not a proper pregnancy craving cos I craved it before I was preggers!

Well if I can stick with the juice, fruit and carrots and broccoli then hopefully Munchkin will be happy and healthy! :)

Thanks again everyone and have a good day!
