Ok guys I NEED to lose weight so I've binned the junk :)

Share your healthy meal choices :)

I had homemade pizza with low fat mozzarella, chopped tomatoes (drained) and homemade dough with chips. The chips were cut into slices, boiled, fluffed up a little in the colander and then I sprayed them with fry lite and popped them in the over. It was all scrummy.

Also, just homemade potato wedges with mixed herbs and chilli flakes sprinkled on with a plain omlette cooked using fry lite is fab.

Pie topped with mash instead of pastry filled with quorn pieces, carrot, peas and onion with just gravy in it is also lovely. Dear lord Ive made myself hungry.....

Im doing slimfast at the moment to loose a few lbs and then getting into healthy eating. I need a boost first! But just switching to fry lite instead of oil has helped me lose a few lbs. :)

i love: baked potatoes with cheese & salad
wholewheat pasta with broccoli (its really yum i learned the recipe in italy... boil or steam broccoli till it falls apart, then sauté lightly with a drop of oil, garlic and some crushed chillies!) yum. i also use turkey breast as its much leaner!!! to make stir fries! thats all i can think of for now! any meat grilled. asparagus with one or 2 flakes of parmesan cheese on top. hungry now!

allegedly porridge is the best all rounder for breakfast. Very healthy and slow energy realease too. If it's too dull for you try adding some chopped apple, cinamon or honey

My favourite speedy/healthy snack is pasta and chicken, I buy a full cooked chicken, boil up a full pack of pasta, use a "light" sauce, or else make my own up with philly light and paprika and ketchup, shred the chicken, mix it all up, it can be froze and it's so easy to just pop into the micro, I would be lost without it

I make a raw 'pasta' when I'm feeling minging and it always perks me up. Very very healthy too great when on a diet.

Ingredients:
2 big ripe tomatoes
1 red pepper
4 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic
Fresh basil leaves (about 10)
Pinch pepper
Pinch salt (Himalayan salt is best)
Tsp Dried parsley
Tsp dried oregano
Optional - few pitted kalamata olives

Put in a blender and whizz together

Use a potato peeler/cheese slicer to thinly slice a courgette lengthways.

Put courgette in a bowl, pour over sauce. Voila!

This is so so yummy and because its raw is great for losing weight.

Im on weight watchers and we can eat looooads for breakfast:

2 rashers of grilled bacon, grilled tomatoes, mushrooms and 1 medium scrambled egg.
1 bagel with philadelphia extra light and smoked salmon.
Special K with skimmed milk and one slice of wholemeal toast

Fresh fruit for breakfast or porridge with pumpkin seeds and honey; wholegrain/wheat bread sandwich with low fat filling; poached chicken breast with loads of vegetables; drink loads of water. You have to eat to lose weight or your body holds onto it :) xx

to make baked beans a little more interesting, I add a generous glug of soy sauce, 2 big pinches of oregano & a big pinch of turmeric. I then mix it and zap it for 2mins :good:

how about butternut squash chips, really low in calories and if you mix then in a bowl with a few herbs and low fat spray they are really nice.
or Chicken paprika, fry and onion, mushrooms and peppers add left over cooked chickne and a tin of soup, then add a tablespoon of paprika and cook for 10-15 minutes serve with either a jacket potato or rice.

i put lentils in more or less everything i do. I also add chickpeas n aubergine to rice to make it more healthy. make sure u got friuts on the table so u reach for that instead of anything unhealthy x
