Heads All Over.....Confused!

Ok so I have bought Agnus Castus and it says I am supposed to start taking it the day after my next AF. I haven't had an AF since march (Nexplanon) so do I start taking it but OV test everyday/2nd day? So confused...plus my stress levels are through the roof due to work and my insomnia coming back. feeling like a proper wreck ATM. Any help or advice would be grand.

If I were you I would start taking it now. It is safe to take right up to tri 2, so you don't need to stop at ov, although there are lots of people who do. I looked into this loads when I took it and I decided to take throughout my cycle. It did make my cycle turn up and be more regular for a few months then it stopped working for me.

Yeah I have just started taking them and will opk test every few days and see if anything happens. Thank you for replying xx
