yup me and Ian defineately coming! yay god isnt it exciting! dont mind who stay with hun but will say because its going to be us coming as a couple can we defineately have a bedroom and not a front room to sleep in, sorry if that sounds snobby lol. hun can i send postal orders cause cant pay by paypal, is that ok you can cash them at a post office?

yep thats ok or would it be easier for me to set up a system so that everyone can phone up and pay? I will talk to the lady tomorrow about it ?

Hi, I have set bedrooms but in no way does this mean set I have just gone down the list.., you guys can stay with whoever you like, as I said at least one 21 + is in each apartment and 8 people max per apartment, apartments have 3 bedrooms...

There internet service is different to their phone one so it would have to be the same person but if people prefer they can paypal me the money and I will pay over the phone for you?

Shall we put insurance on the apartments? Its £6 extra per apartment?

Am trying to do it so everyone gets their own bedroom....The more people the cheaper so would anyone like to claim bedroom 3 in apartment 3?

or would another set like to claim another apartment? I am going to let this run till tomorrow morning then I think we should set about getting it secured ? Could people please pm me their names and addresses (of all coming) and ages so I can get confirmations sent to everyone? Or if you would rather not give me your addresses then I will sort something out with the lady so she can sort it all then
