I know it probably jinxes me but I can't help it.

I just love buying baby stuff!!!!

I have loads of cloth nappies, a lush red Pacapod bag. Some bottles and a steriliser. :)

i love buy baby stuff aswel but lucky for me my bro has a 7 month old and one best mate is due to pop soon so i buy for them to get my fix hehe.

Im feeling the same but with maternity clothes keep looking at them and thinking cant wait to be able to buy some!!

Michelle. x

Oh yeah! Mothercare had a sale on not long ago so got some white baby grows and a few cute outfits and I found a baby grow in boots mini club that had Mummy's Little Star on it and I took it as a sign my baby will decide he/she is ready soon! I had to get it :)

My OH knows nothing of this though and it's all hidden at the back of my wardrobe in a mothercare bag lol

iv bought a couple of maternity clothes in the sales. x

OOOhhh im so glad someone else is looking/buying maternity clothes i cud neva do it as my hubby wud go mad n hes bound to find them as we are doing up our home at the mo!!

cant help but look tho!!

Michelle. x

i figure its gonna cost loads to buy them all at once, and i love clothes shopping lol. i only buy sale ones tho as i feel it justifies it more lol x

lol ha ha you ladies are worried about buying baby grows - I bought a whole new (extra spacious and child friendly) house and the spare room is still empty :( ho-hum!

So glad other ladies get broody as I do tho! find myself in awe of tiny tiny booties in shops - they make the coolest shoes for babies

Good luck everybody - and if it makes the wait more bareable I say buy all the baby grows your heart desires! xxx

I think i would get carried away by the men in white coats if my oh caught me doing that. But I always go to the baby sections in shops, I want to buy so many things but I'm worried I'll jinx myself :/ x

The way I see it now is, there's no jinx as if a pregnancy is going to work it's going to work, if it's not it's not. No amount of shopping is going to affect that.
I've bought a ton of stuff including a crib and a travel system. It's going to get used either way whether we conceive next month or next year xx

Yes i like that leesey - it's not going to do any harm being prepared for when it does happen

... perhaps, for the more superstitious, just cross your fingers at the check-out or something lol x

Ok you've justified it to me! I may buy something next time I'm out. I know I'll get carried away :)

I hit the charity shops all the time lol Oh, and my Dad already bought us our cot (a travel cot so it fits in our room) 'cos I sent him a link to a really cheap one on gumtree near where he lives lol

Im desparate to start buying baby items again. my wee one is 13 months and i keep looking at his things and telling myself that i will need to replace certain things. lol

Glad it's not just me. :)

I'm desperate to buy maternity clothes. But am not giving in.

These last few months my boobs have got so swollen and sore I keep looking at maternity bras and thinking they might be more comfortable but I've not got one yet.

It's tempting, I don't blame you! As I'm not pg I'm spending my money on an iPad instead! My mum bought me maternity combats which are lovely but no use for them at the minute but I'm going to live in them for 9 months when it happens!

I do keep an eye out on eBay Cath kidston ...I might get the bandanna and put it on the dog instead :) x

I have not brought anything yet but I have a whole garage full of baby stuff at my mums. A guy that works for my dad gave it to my parents to give to my lil bro when they thought his gf was pg. Turns out she wasnt, so it's just waiting for me! The only thing is that most of it is for a boy, so we'll be in trouble if we have a girl- but I really want a girl!

Xx

I have been looking at baby gear in the shops but I have resisted buying anything as OH would think I've gone nuts. I have been looking at prams and chosen a bugaboo already I can't help myself. AF showed up yesterday after 31 days I was actually happy to see her as I had taken 4 tests which all showed BFN. I have bought some OPK so me and OH will be giving it our best shot soon.
Best of luck ladies
