Have I lost my plug?

Hi girls

Not sure what to look out for but I've just had a shower and when I came out I could feel something inside coming out. It was like thick white discharge and some went down my leg. Is that my plug?

Not sure, not had this before.

I'm 37 weeks and counting!! I've had some period cramps too!!

Hi

I just spoke to my midwife and she said that its fine. You can gradually lose plug. If there's any signs of waters breaking, contractions or blood then I need to call them. Otherwise, nothing to worry about.

i feel some how that i should be losing some too
i cant belive im saying i want to have a mucus show
