Have any of you had negative blood tests before bfp?

Hi ladies, I went to the hospital Thursday and may have implanted the Sunday before. I went due to cramping and other symptoms. They found nothing wrong with me and I got a negative blood test.

Wondering if any of you have had negative tests before finding out you were indeed pregnant?

I am a week late today and have many symptoms still. Cramping before my period is not my normal. And being late isn't typical either.

I have follow up appointments next week to get more in depth.
