thank you all for the birthday wishes and hugs could really do with them right now, been a rough day but getting there im not working anyway for a while so not going to do much this week to be honest i dont know what to do really it just feels to weird but i cant explain it i really cant i dont feel like crying or smiling its like everything is at stand still and i cant show any emotion.
