Happy accidents and weightloss

Hello,

Basically I used to be four stone heavier and I had been not playing it safe for sometime with my husband. Happy accident (the nickname for the baby is Bacon) right before New Year's Eve..probably due to the weight loss.

What I am trying to not do is rant and explain, I have been so healthy eating half a plate of vegetables and 5 fruit a day as the nutrionist said. Now that I am pregnant all I crave is curly fries, bacon and bad stuff. Also the smell of seafood just makes me throw up now.

How is everyone else managing their weight through their pregnancy so that they don't end up reversiing all the good work and still feel healthy?
 
I've been pretty bad the last few weeks :( I've just ate what I want, when I want.

BUT in saying that, I did lose a stone in tri 1 due to sickness, so I have some room to play with lol.
My face, arms, ass and thighs are are still thin though, so far I'm just me with a bump. I keep getting told I don't look pregnant from the back lol.

I do, however, make sure I eat healthy stuff too. Its not all about chocolate chip cookies and white icing.

again im an eat what i want when i want, have put on 2 stone but is all bump...
Yes i eat healthily but i also eat crappy to, its swings and roundabouts x
 
I was terrible in tri 1 due to sickness and just ate carbs but now I eat lots of fruit salad, melon and cereal but still not fussed about my veg which I used to love...it's hard but I still eat it just smaller portions than before. I still take pregnecare everyday and Complan if I feel I haven't had a proper meal.

Hey, I am taking the pregnacare everyday but I notice now I am 4lbs heavier at 18 and a half weeks then I was starting the pregnancy, not sure if that's normal, I guess it'sdifferent for every lady, but I am gonna slice up a big ol' cantalope and see how I get on today.
 
I've been eating rubbish...chips, chips and more chips....
Try and make sure I eat fruit and veg too though, and I am vegetarian so I try and get loads of protein in my diet.
 
A little bit of what you fancy does you good! I too think because i was at my lightest EVER before actually falling pregnant and just eating fruit and grass, now i MUST have what i want. I balance everything out i still eat veg and fruit on a daily basis but if i want chocolate or crisps or anything else which is bad i have it, people keep saying that there isnt much you can do when pregnant with weight gain, some ppl are very lucky and some arnt but we can think about the weight once we know our LO's are safe in our arms x
 
Oh well, I will just have to try my best to get back on track. Even if I gain weight atleast I can say I didn't just eat junk and gain weight that I can't justify as all being the baby.
