Hands and feet swollen up.. Edema?

Think I have got edema, my bp is fine, just had urine test done at hospital last week.. So woke up this morning and my feet and hand is swollen up, my feet looks massive, can I relief this somehow? kinda feels hard to do things with my hands and I feel massive lol! Trying to drink looots... xx Do u get this too?

Try and put your feet up today or in cool water, and def take off your rings! I had mine cut off last time! Only had a little foot swelling so far but guess I've got a few weeks yet for it to get worse!

It's really common for a lot of women, even my face swelled last time, looked like michelin woman!

yes i had it alot last time with my daughter, lol i looked like michelin man for sure too.. Just got it now and hope it doesnt get worse... Keep washing my hands in cold water xx

My feet are huge!! Mw said its cos baby is pressing on my pelvis so its restricting the fluid flow therefore its gathering in my legs and feet, all you can do is elevate your legs just to try and combat gravity!!! I've had swollen hands for a while tho especially on a morning, lift your hands in the air and wiggle them (do jazz hands!!) For a few mins and it helps, also knitting has helped me loads as it flexes my fingers!!!

bunny thanks for advices. maybe could do with me sitting alot at moment?? will defintly try move my legs a bit more and knitting sounds like fun!!! i used to do lots of knitting xx

Yeah its keeping me occupied as am so bored waiting for him to get a move on!! I've done a blanket, mittens and a hat all in the last week!!!
