Had a miscarriage but still feel pregnant

Hi everyone this is my first post so I'm hoping I'm putting this in the right place. I had a mc 3 weeks ago and although I was very upset and sad about it I have dealt with things and started ttc as soon as I had stopped bleeding. Today I found out my hcg levels were 9.1 but the past 3 days I have felt dizzy, sick, had bad headaches and very strong cramps, basically all the same signs when I was pregnant last time. Is it possible to be pregnant when your level is 9.1 or am I just wanting a baby so badly I can't see clearly. Any advice would be welcomed xx

Oh and I did a test today and there was a very faint positive line xx

I am thinking its probably the last traces of hcg from ur previous pregnancy , I had preg symptoms for weeks after my mc I was about 10 weeks wen I had to have an Erpc , sorry for ur loss xx
