Had 1st Midwife Appointment Today

Well today I had my booking in appointment with my Midwife. Now it all seems soo real. She was lovely and went through my pregnancy notes etc, what would be happening and when, took bloods. She gave me my Emma's Diary and my Bounty stuff, and signed my form for free prescriptions.

I can't believe it has come round so soon, seemed ages away when I got the appt 4 weeks ago. I've just got to wait for the Hospital to contact me now for my 12 week scan and then my 16 week Midwife appointment with the Midwife again on the 25th February. it feels like this time is going to fly by!!!

Everything just seems so real now I've had the 1st appointment. Roll on scan time and fingers crossed baba is fine x x

Aaaaw thats great! I remember last pregnancy I felt really alone and confused cos first pregnancy. when you finally see midwife it all begins to seem real....... The time will fly by now!
