Gyno appt today at 4, stressing

So ive had odd AFs for a while, quite heavy, painful and also odd stabbing type pains throughout the month.

Tomorrow I have my gyno appt to talk about TTC and steps I may need to take, as he mentioned endometriosis last time!! Eek im super scared I have problems TTC or worse

I've never had issues with my womb/period etc before
