Apologies for the long post and thank you in advance for any guidance given.

I had set around ovulation in June. In July I was upset as I my period arrived. However, this wasn't heavy (I usually am) and the next day nothing, the smallest of faint pink when I wiped occasionally. Prior to this I experienced cramping, but mot as bad i usual. I wondered if this may have been implantatuon bleeding. I have been having headaches since and appetite loss, nipples feeling sore. I took a pregnancy test but this said negative. I read online not to test for atleastba week following this or until my next missed period.

I am so confused. My periods are always very heavy and last around 3 to 4 days, now very light for one day and slight spotting the following. I only bought cheap twsco pregnancy tests as since I've come off contraception I have wondered every month

Can anyone advise from personal experience re when to test or guidance in general, I feel different i cant put my finger on it but convincing myself I must now be having a phantom pregnancy like my pooch once had.

Thank you so much in advance i really appreciate it.

I just realised I didnt re read this and there's so many typos auto corrects. I hope you can understand. Lol thank you

I find Tesco tests to be as reliable as any, because they are pink dye. The blue dye tests are notorious for giving false positive results.

maybe leave it another few days and test again, if that’s negative I guess you can assume you’re not pregnant.

there are many fertility apps that you can use, along with ovulation tests, checking your basal body temperature etc.

most women will have the occasional annovulatory cycle, perhaps this happened to you this time, which is why your period this month was not as you would have expected.
Hope this helps and good luck xx

Thank you. I was wondering if there was a time to test following possible implantation ... the Internet says so many different things. I did download apps but its making me crackers.

I've had bloating and lots of different things to make think I feel like I could cry its such a stressful time when your trying and not getting anywhere isnt it xx
