Guess what...I'm being induced today as well!!

Had my appointment at the hospital yesterday and all is well with baby - but I have had enough!! Had a membrane sweep (oww!) whilst I was there and midwife said that I am 1cm dilated (had really bad pains on Wednesday night..then nothing) but have taken the decision to get things moving, so have to be there for 9.30 this evening. I have just read Gemz post and feel exactly the same (terrified about needles and also the pain) but I feel soo much better for having made this decision now and my nerves are outweighed by the excitement of finally meeting my little girl. Wish me luck and will let you know how I get on when 'we' get home. Good luck to all you ladies who are due/overdue, could be a baby boom over the next few days!!
