blimey, your title has stretched my page lol.

I tend to find if you owe them money you can get in touch with them quicker for some reason :think: I hate trying to talk to companies, its so stressful.

Ive given up ringing BT, they put me on hold then hang up. You can ask them to ring you back when their free, but they never do. Funny when I ring up to pay my bill they always put me straight through ...wonder why :roll:

why do u think my every second word was a bad one, im not racist i just wish they would have people that understand our problems and not keep transferring you to bradband when its a line fault and the broadband works fine.

Felt sorry for the wee indian woman i shouted at and told her to cancel th whole bloody thing she must have been thinking im a right cow :roll: :lol:
