I tend to find if you owe them money you can get in touch with them quicker for some reason I hate trying to talk to companies, its so stressful.

why do u think my every second word was a bad one, im not racist i just wish they would have people that understand our problems and not keep transferring you to bradband when its a line fault and the broadband works fine.
