no one was being racist. I know loads of people who are miffed at having to speak to a non english person all the time on the phone. We do live in England after all
well after him being on hold for 48 mins he was put through to a scouser who was very helpfull and explained to him that BT are having technical faults with theis bt home hub as it is new technology and will be sorted very soon. The phone part has all been recalled due to small choking parts so looks like we will have to suffer this problem for longer than we thought but at least we know what the problem is now and i not got a little indian woman telling me its my phone and i should connect it to a different connection on the wall or buy a newphone
so adter them making out it was my phone and not the hub that was at fault they were
