was supposed to deliver at 10-12 and then I got a call just before 12 saying that my order would be later around 2pm and to call and confirm or it wouldn't be delivered at all, the guy couldn't speak much english and duidn't leave a contact number either

so just had to phone the hotline and they said gah we'll give you a delivery refund

bloody Tesco, i ordered from there once or i thought i'd ordered, i was waiting in at the delivery time they said & it just didn;t come.
when i rang they said i'd amended my order online (because i'd forgoptten something) & i hadn't checked out for a 2nd time, so the whole order had been cancelled
